I received the Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees from National College of Chiropractic in 1984. Prior to receiving my doctorate, I attended St. Olaf College where I earned my BA degree in biology. I have been in private practice for 30 years, and have been helping the people of Rochester since 1987. During these many years, I have kept up to date on the latest developments in Chiropractic by attending many continuing educational classes, ensuring that my patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced chiropractic care available. Since I was a child I knew that I wanted to help others. During my college years I decided to either go into the health care field to become either a doctor or psychologist. At that time I had never been to a chiropractor or heard about Chiropractic, but after witnessing my mother's decades old history of back pain simply vanish under Chiropractic care, I knew that I had found my calling. Medicine can do wonderful things, but has no answer to many chronic pain conditions. I find it so very gratifying when simply using my hands and my heart can change so many people's lives.
